Each engagement starts with a focused discovery: we map the system landscape, examine the codebase, talk to operators and identify the constraints that matter. From there we propose a sequenced plan and stand up a team capable of executing it.
Our engineers work inside client repositories, attend standups, participate in on-call rotations and adopt the conventions of the host organization. Knowledge transfer is continuous and deliberate: we leave systems that the in-house team can own with confidence.
